Antoine Dejonghe was born in Ottignies (Belgium) in 1977. He received the Electrical Engineering degree and the Ph. D. degree from the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL), Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, in 2000 and 2004, respectively.
From September 2000 to November 2004, he was pursuing a Ph.D. within the Communications and Remote Sensing Laboratory (TELE), as a Reasearch Fellow of the Belgian National Fund for Scientific Research (FNRS).
The topic of his Ph.D. thesis was "Novel Turbo-Equalization Techniques for Coded Digital Transmission".
Since December 2004, he has been with the Wireless Group of IMEC, Leuven.
My research interests are in the fields of signal processing and digital communication systems, with a focus on iterative (turbo) techniques.
